IF YES... the call will be transferred directly to a doctor, the staff member answering the call might ask you where you are so that we can call Emergency Services on 000 on your behalf.

IF there is NO clinical urgency it is likely that they take a message and a member of the medical staff will endeavour to return your call later that day.
