If we don't know you well we might ask for photo ID to confirm your identity.

Our Administrative Staff are not permitted to and cannot access your records.

Should you wish to have a copy of, view your medical records or have all or part of your records sent to a third party we would be delighted to help you do this.

 

Please note there might an administrative charge dependant on the time taken to copy the information requested.

 

Transfer of records to another medical practice is done via encrypted CD and sent by registered mail.

 

Transfer of records to an insurance company or lawyers etc. requires us to photocopy the records as they are not able to decrypt the information.
