We offer video telehealth appointments via What'sApp. What'sApp is is our preferred provider as encrypted at both ends so protects you. It is avilable 24/7 so we don't have to book Zoom call times. We can offer telephone calls on What'sApp but video is preferrable.

This practice no longer has a presence on Facebook Instagram LinkedIn or other social media site.

We do have a blog on this website

When new patients join the practice, they are requested to indicate their agreement (in writing) or otherwise to allow us to correspond with them via email.

It is made clear that as this is not encrypted the connection is not secure.

Especially before anything is sent out to a patient which might be of a sensitive nature the patient’s consent is again requested -this could be verbal or written, if in response to an email if the sender is to ascertain that the requester is legitimate.

We prefer not to send Medical reports via social media.

On the occasions we send out group emails to disseminate important information they are sent out BCC’d.
